The Lead Agency for Maddie’s® Spay/Neuter Project (the spay/neuter component of a Maddie’s Fund community collaborative project) can be a city, county, regional or state Veterinary Medical Association (VMA), a non-profit animal welfare organization, or a non-profit spay/neuter organization. The lead agency is responsible for administering the grant and achieving the goals of the project. |
